Where are my recordings stored?
On your device only. Voxium does not upload your recordings to our servers.

How do I restore my Voxium Pro purchase?
Open Voxium, go to the paywall or Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Voxium Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and select your purchase.

What is included in the Free plan?
Basic recording, playback, the library, and transcription, with a limited number of recordings. Voxium Pro unlocks unlimited recordings, AI summaries, speaker identification, advanced exports, search, Face ID lock, the Trash, and more.

How do I record with my Apple Watch?
Open Voxium on your Apple Watch and tap the record button. You can also add the Voxium complication to your watch face, or assign Voxium to the Action Button on Apple Watch Ultra (Watch Settings, Action Button). If the iPhone is out of range, recordings made on the Watch are sent to your iPhone automatically when it is back in reach.

My Watch recording did not appear on my iPhone.
Open Voxium on both devices, keep them close, and make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on. Transfers continue in the background and can take a few minutes.

Why are the speaker labels wrong?
Speaker identification works best with distinct voices and clear audio. Similar voices, background noise, and people talking at the same time can reduce accuracy.

Why are summaries or AI features not available?
On-device AI summaries need a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. Speaker identification needs a one-time internet connection to download its model (about 26 MB).

How do I export a recording?
Open a recording, tap "Export & Cloud", and choose the format: Original file, M4A, WAV, MP3, text, or Markdown. You can then save it to Files or send it to another app.

How do I delete a recording?
Swipe left on the recording in the Library, or open it and tap the trash icon. On the Free plan, deletion is permanent. With Voxium Pro, deleted recordings go to the Trash first.
