By downloading or using Voxium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voxium on Apple devices that you own or control, according to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Where these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA conflict, Apple's Standard EULA applies.

2. Free plan and Voxium Pro
Voxium offers a free plan with basic features and a limited number of recordings. Voxium Pro unlocks additional features, such as unlimited recordings, AI summaries, speaker identification, advanced exports, and the Trash. Features may change over time.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Voxium Pro is available as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Voxium Pro for the life of the app. You can restore it on your devices signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchases".
• Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your content and your responsibilities
You own the recordings and content you create. You are responsible for how you use the app, including obtaining any consent required by law before recording other people. Laws about recording conversations differ between countries and regions, and some require all participants to agree. You must not use Voxium to record people unlawfully, to harass or harm others, or to break the law.

5. AI features and accuracy
Transcripts, summaries, tasks, chapters, flashcards, and speaker labels are generated automatically and may contain errors. Speaker identification in particular can mix up similar voices or overlapping speech. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other critical decisions without checking the original audio.

6. Backups
Recordings are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up anything important, for example by exporting it. We are not liable for lost data caused by deleting the app, device failure, or software problems.

7. Restrictions
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the app, except as allowed by law, and not to bypass its security or purchase mechanisms.

8. Third-party components
Voxium includes open-source software. This includes the LAME MP3 encoder, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Source code and license text are available on request at mohamedazad415@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimer
Voxium is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Voxium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination
You may stop using Voxium at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access to the app if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, except where mandatory local consumer protection law of your country applies.
